Q: What is YGOPro DevPro?
A: DevPro is a launcher as well as a server side system for the YGOPro Automatic Duel System that aims to create a seamless duel experience for Yu-Gi-Oh! Players/Duelist Online.
Q: Where can I download YGOPro DevPro?

Q: Does YGOPro DevPro have an AI?
A: Yes, we have an AI. Its name can be found on our Staff Page, or under the userlist as [Dev]Devbot. Just right-click its name, and then click "Request Duel.".
Q: Does DevPro have an Academy?
A: No, DevPro does not have an "academy", and nor seek to create one. Those "dueling academies" generate a social pecking order that have repetitively been proven detrimental to the community at large. And thus have resulted in personal attacks on both the staff in older attempts to integrate such a system.
As an alternative, YGOPRO offers an affiliate program that allows those who wish to create "academies" focused around using this system. For those sites, the staff are happy to help mod and/or provide technical support.
Q: When I download YGOPro DevPro it wont open, why?
A: This has to do with file permissions; Right-click the file (DevPro.exe) and run the program as Admin. Make sure you have Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 (or the most recent version), Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 and Direct X installed in your PC/Desktop.
Q: What is programming language is YGOPro DevPro written in?
Q: I forgot my Password, how do I recover it?
A: There is no help for this currently, please remember your passwords.
Q: When I try to install, it says there is already another version of YGOPro installed, what do I do?
A: Completely remove/uninstall any other YGOPro you may have via the Control Panel (Such as Dawn of New Era).
Q: How do I fix "Font ‘Arial’ does not support style ‘Regular’"?
A: This means your computer does not have the font "Arial"installed for some reason. This is extremely bad for a number of reasons, but there is a simple fix, it will also fix other programs or website that are looking for that font.
- Open C:\Windows\Fonts (this is where all the font packets are installed)
- Now go search for the Arial Font somewhere on the Internet.
- Download the said missing font.
- Then move it to the C:\Windows\Fonts
- Try the program again
Q: When will there be a Mac OS X version of DevPro?
A: There is no MacOS X Version of DevPro yet; however, it is in the making. It’s just a tad difficult, so please be patient and wait until its finished. What we advise you to do is the following steps of one of our admins, SuperAndroid17. He downladed and installed VirtualBox to his MacBook Pro, and installed Windows to his computer using a Windows disk (or a Windows ISO file).
Q: My anti-virus keeps deleting DevPro.exe after the install, how can I fix this?
A: We’re are trying to discover the reason as to why these anti-virus programs consider DevPro as a Trojan, we advise you to add Devpro.exe or the directory of DevPro to your Anti-virus’ Trusted/Exceptions list. We assure you that DevPro isn’t a virus and it can’t harm your computer in any way possible.
Q: Why can’t I see any games on the Gamelist?
A: Well, we made some changes to the Game List to prevent any lag during peek hours, so now you have to search for games by using the "Search" button on the right side and you can also click here to learn how to use the new Game List.
Q: I didn’t get my DevPoints from the Offer Wall. What should I do?
A: On the Offer Wall, look at the bottom left for the "Support" button, and fill out the information on missing DevPoints. Please make sure you follow the directions to the exact letter when you do offers on the Offer Wall.
Q: There’s a card that doesn’t work right, what should I do?
A: If you across a bug in the game, just save your replay, and go to DevPro’s forums into the Cardbug section (after making an account or logging in), and post a bug report by following the directions of the "How to write bug reports" thread. Also, if you encounter any card text errors, you should report them on the "Card Database Error" thread in the Cardbug section as well.
Q: I keep getting “Unable to connect to host” when joining a duel. Why is this?
A: This simply means that the server is being overloaded. Simply keep trying and it will resume shortly.
